Rising pop/punk protagonist NOAHFINNCE today (January 5th) details the aftermath of mental and physical burnout with the release of his brand new single ‘3 DAY HEADACHE’.

Written by the singer following experiencing his first ever migraine, the pop inspired bop serves as the final offering from Noah ahead of the release of his debut album ‘Growing Up On The Internet’ on Friday, March 8th 2024.

Commenting on the track, the British singer-songwriter says: “‘3 DAY HEADACHE’ is a song about being so exhausted and burnt out that I gave myself a migraine. I feel like I’ve been in a constant cycle of burnout, breakdown, bounce back for my whole adult life so why not put it into a cheesy lil bop?”

Watch the official lyric video for the song below:

Featuring co-writes with the likes of Danny Jones and Dougie Poynter from McFly, and production credits by ST£FAN, Julia Sykes, LAWRENT (Chain Smokers, Cheat Codes), Thomas Mitchener (Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, The Damned) and Arcades (BTS), ‘Growing Up On The Internet’ promises to take listeners on a journey exploring Noah’s formative years, where he found himself navigating a suddenly accessible and unknown internet world.

Exploring themes of going against the grain, and showing resilience in the face of adversity and trans and LGBTQ+ rights, the deeply personal project features previous single releases ’SCUMBAG’ and ‘I Know Better’.

Explaining the inspiration behind the record, Noah says via a press release: “I only recently began processing the effect that growing up on the internet with hundreds of thousands of eyes on me, has had on my development as a person. It’s impossible to separate who you are as a person and who you would be without people on the internet telling you who you should be – I’m sure a lot of my generation and generations to come can find solace in somebody recounting their frustrations with the world as it is now.”

“As a society, we’re entering uncharted waters where nobody quite knows the repercussions of having unrestricted access to any thought any person has at any time. Human beings weren’t built to perceive and compare ourselves to millions of others, we were made to pick berries and build relationships within our local communities.”

‘Growing Up On The Internet’ is available to pre-save, via Hopeless Records, now.
