There’s nothing like getting sex advice from a woman who had zero physical contact with anyone until her wedding day, but Jill Duggar believes she knows what it takes to keep a man happy. The former Counting On star wrote a revealing blog post recently to let fans know that a wife needs to be having sex four times a week with her husband, so he knows that he is loved.
Recently, the mom-of-two wrote a post on the Dillard Family website titled “More Than Sex: How To Love Your Husband,” and told her married female fans that they should make it clear to their spouse that they are always available to get busy.
Now you can Count(ing) On Jill Duggar for tips on how you can spice things up in your marriage… and the bedroom. https://t.co/LWtF4JBppT

“You both need this time together regularly (3-4 times a week is a good start. lol). And when you may not be able to actually have intercourse for a period of time or for health issues, find other ways to have fun and be intimate,” wrote Duggar.
The 28-year-old warned wives about taking care of their sexual needs without their husbands, telling them they should guard against “fulfilling sexual desires alone.” Instead, she says you should be open with your spouse about your desires, and you should also keep things exciting by changing things up.
Duggar also added that wives should put in the effort to always “look nice” for their husbands, buy new lingerie, give their man at least a six-second kiss when coming and going, and they should take a shower and put on sweet-smelling lotion before going to bed,
“It’s easy to just want to shower in the morning to wake ourselves up, but showering in the evening (and sometimes before he gets home if you arrive home before him!), and even putting on fragrant lotion in front of him can be another way to say ‘I care’ and ‘you’re important to me,’ and lets him know you’re up for fun whenever he is,” wrote Duggar.
The former reality star also emphasized that marriage is a partnership, and women shouldn’t act like they are their husband’s mother, and at the same time, your husband isn’t your daddy. She also advised that women should be open and honest about money and spending habits, they shouldn’t go to bed angry, and kids shouldn’t be in charge of the household.

While there was actually some pretty decent marriage advice in the post, it was hard for most fans to swallow because of who Duggar is married to. For many, Jill’s husband Derick Dillard is a vile human being whose intolerance and hate led to TLC firing him from Counting On.
However, Jill says that she is just as in love with her husband as she was five years ago when she married him, and she just wanted to share her thoughts on marriage since her entire life is wrapped up in her husband and kids. Jill Duggar made it clear that all of this advice was for married women only, so the single ladies apparently have to wait until they walk down the aisle to have a healthy sex life.
